A sculpting of my friend the diabolo artist Gilles Le Leuch (www.dieschroeckleloecks.de). I took the reference photos this summer on the beach in Brittany, very close to where he grew up. This day he played with the diabolo, nothing like his well choreographed stage performance, nor the highly focused training sessions, but playful and raw. It was a pleasure to watch.
